We have a 6 month old shih zu that we are having trouble potty training. I want to try training pads but am not sure if it will affect my lab.will he think its ok to go to the bathroom there too?
Ok i just asked a question about raw dog food diet for my boerboel and i got some rly good answers. But i also own a 3yr old golden retriever who weighs 80lbs that i would like to switch onto this raw food diet. So when you guys were sayin 2-3% of my dog’s ideal body weight what does that mean? and where would i buy organ meat and bone meat? thank you 
Also i do know that dogs don’t need veggies and grains really and i am going to feed them based on a prey-model diet

Are the bones labeled ‘soup bones’ at the grocery store safe or are they too small and sharp???

We are crate training her, we just got her yesterday, she slept in her crate fine after whining about five minutes. This morning I took her out to pee and when shes on the leash she just days down she wont be just lays in the grass. As soon as I brought her in she peed. So I guess I need advice with leash training and house breaking. She is a lab boxer mix.
I have a dog and my family is fed up with all the crap around the house. I want to train him but I don’t know how, he is still young, but not a puppy. I spoiled him rotten, so now he thinks he can do what ever. I,ve heard of that technique taking him out every 2-3 hours but, I don’t see him between 6:00am – 3:30pm because of school. How should I train him & what is a good schedule. Help please.

My dog gets a high quality dog food twice a day and she poops it out every 12 hours or less. Is it normal? How about a raw diet? How long would it take for that to"come out" for a 27 pound dog

Dogs ate raw meat in the past…
We’ve just adopted a new pup (we took in a stray unexpectedly so I had no time to research this ahead of time) and I want to begin leash training immediately. I’ve only ever adopted older dogs that have come to me with leash manners already. But I have no idea where to start with a young pup. I think the pup is about 8-10 weeks old, is this too soon to begin training? If so, then what is the appropriate age?
