How do I leash train my puppy?

I’ve read several sites on leash training but most of them have what to do if your puppy pulls and gets out of control. Only my puppy just sits there and if you try to walk her she’ll drag herself. How do I get her to stop doing this and walk with me? She’s a miniature dachsund about 11 weeks old.

Find what motivates her (high value treats, toys, games, attention from you, other dogs, other people; the possibilities are endless) and use it to get her up and moving forward. All training should be associated with positive things and should be fun for both of you.
Talk to her say "pup pup pup" in a high voice. When she walks a little bit, tell her "Good girl" and give her a treat. Slowly increase the amount of walking distance! Good luck!
You can make her walk for her meals - take a pocketful of kibble, and feed her along the way. There will be no problem with he getting a meal at home later on, even if she learns that kibble means a walk now…
You should also take a little squeaker in your pocket, if she is toy-driven. That will make you the squeaky toy to follow!
i had the same problem with my own dog when he was younger, i let him walk a little with out a lead then put it on him
but i have seen other people get the harness lead that you put on them around there body that probably will be the best thing for you to use. i also had trouble with his collar getting one on,
now after he has his bath as soon as i pick up his collar he runs up and sits waiting for it to go on, samewith his lead he knows he,s going for a walk when i pick it up and he,s at the door
Hold your hand under her belly and lift her up,then pull on the leash. When she starts walking take your hand off her belly. If she stops and sits down do it again. She’ll finally figure it out. Good luck.
You need her to get used to the sensation of having a leash on. Leave the leash on when she is in the house without you trying to walk. Make sure you are there so she does not get tangled or caught on anything. This could take a couple days for her to get used to it. Remember when her mom would grab her neck it was to stop her from doing something. Once she walks around the house with it on you can try a walk.
